Breaking: Government publishes strategy on animal testing, but it’s not enough 

The UK Government has just released its long-awaited strategy to support the development, validation and adoption of alternatives to animal testing. While it includes some welcome steps, it falls short of the bold action needed to truly transform medical research. 

Crucially, the strategy fails to commit to Herbie’s Law, a vital measure that would end experiments on animals and accelerate the shift to modern, human-specific science.
